What kind of cancellation is this?
When should the contract end?

The earliest possible time is the end of the period you have paid for (in the free week: the end of the week, nothing charged). A date you choose before that cannot be met; a later date is kept. The confirmation comes by email, straight away, with the date and time we received your declaration. Your declaration counts from sending it — the link in the email only protects you against someone else ending your contract.

Your recordings stay on your machine, where they always were. Cueshot keeps running — on the free tier. If you subscribed within the last fourteen days, you might prefer to withdraw instead: then you get your money back.
