Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The free trial days count as part of these 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tobias Westrich, Hochstraße 33, 66287 Quierschied, email info@westrich-webdesign.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. The easiest way is the withdrawal function on this website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

German law lets the right of withdrawal expire early for services (§ 356 para. 5 BGB (German Civil Code)) and for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (§ 356 para. 6 BGB, in this numbering since 19 June 2026) if the consumer has expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, has confirmed knowing that this makes the right of withdrawal lapse, and we have confirmed that on a durable medium.

We do not obtain this consent. That is a deliberate choice: it would be permitted and would save us some refunds, but a tool you can genuinely send back for fourteen days needs less explaining. Your right of withdrawal therefore remains in full for all fourteen days, even if you use Cueshot from the very first minute.
